  Im not one to "bash" company's at all but when I tell you this company is one of the WORST dog grooming places I have EVER been to... The staff was wonderful the first time I went. So when I went back the manager was there or the owner or who ever is in charge of this store I can honestly say it was the most repulsive customer service I have ever had. She was rude and entitled, NOT ONLY was the service terrible. My dog came back with fleas and the home made dog treats I bought from there made my dog SO SICK. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but I will NEVER go there again NOR will I recommend to anyone.

  I hate to complain, but i felt the need to warn future customers. A couple of days ago I walked in the store and recieved the worst customer service ever, i am not blaming some of the workers there, but the owner of the place, her name- Zoo, was a bit rude and kept making snide remarks about how i take care of my dog (which is none of her business whatsoever). I hear rumors about her all the time on how she does not give breaks and overworks her underage workers, and treats them unfairly. The customer service is just completely awful, my maltese somehow came back with flees, and it was very hard to treat it. The products are overpriced and the dog treats got my dog sick. I highly suggest none of you come here, the owner is terrible and everything is so pricey, and you can get the similar stuff at different stores at a much cheaper price with better customer service. I gave this two stars since some employees were kindhearted and very work oriented. But zoo, on the other hand was not, and i feel like this needs to come to attention.
