  I am very disappointed in the service level and snottiness of this particular store. I purchased a sweater here two weeks ago. The one in my size was extremely wrinkled and I was told they were too busy to steam the clothes on the racks. They informed me it would take 30 minutes for it to heat up. There were two customers in the store at the time. They told me if I threw the sweater in the dryer the wrinkles would come out. If not to bring it back and they would steamit for me. The wrinkles did not come out. I stopped back with the sweater. They asked me to come back in 30 minutes so the steamer could heat up. I came back in 40 minutes and they had not bothered to turn the steamer on so asked me to come back again later. I asked them to just swap it out and after arguing they decided to do it however they were all wrinkled just as they were two weeks ago. I have chosen to not shop here anymore and I will be passing my story along to everyone I see.
