  I had the opposite experience than Gene did. I did my own measurements, though, but because of Michele and also Jason, our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful! I must have come in 10 times asking Michele what she thought and she was so patient with me. She's an excellent designer- gave me so many options and helped me with all my decisions. And thanks to Jason, too, we used a high quality epoxy grout that I had my tile man use instead of the standard grout! OMG...I highly recommend that for bathrooms and kitchens so you don't have to keep cleaning dirty grout! Anyway, I am thrilled! I'd post a pic, if I had time. ;)

  Awesome Awesome Awesome Experience! Bought marble flooring and kitchen cabinets. flawless job. After visiting other local kitchen and tile stores (and home depot). Jason was the only person who was penitent enough to deal with our endless questions and knit-picking. We are going back to do our Master bathroom next

  Jason and the crew couldn't have made it an easier experience. I walked in clueless and walked out feeling knowledgeable and confident about my decisions. I couldn't be happier with the service and prices. It's obvious they genuinely care about their customers. After this experience I'll be a customer for life!!
