  I am a frequent Jupiter, FL Home Depot charge customer and have probably spent over $50K in the last few years renovating my home in Jupiter. I used to think pretty highly of their department sales help until today. I had bought 3 outside flood lights with motion sensors about 2 years ago which rusted out and don't work any more, so I was looking for a replacement product of aluminum or plastic which won't rust and one with a decent warranty. The sales woman who helped me worked in lighting, but didn't know her inventory and essentially told me to look through all the products myself for what I was looking for. I didn't need to waste a trip to the store to do that, I could have done that online at home. And what about not taking the customer for granted and providing a little service for the crappy product you sold me last time!! I immediately left the store and will not return. I'd rather do business with a store that values my business and provides adequate customer service. They don't really deserve the one star that I gave them but you can't post a review with no stars!!! Very Unhappy Ex-Customer
